Are you having a hard time selling your house with ugly snapshots?
After spending the last few months in the market looking for a house, I must say I was very surprised at the lack of good house pictures. How do people expect to make their house stand out in todays competitive market with snapshots? You might have a million dollar home sir but those crappy snapshots do not motivate me to get off my rear end and schedule a viewing. I recently was contacted by a client of mine who was listing her house on the market. She has a gorgeous home in Laguna Beach, CA and was disappointed by the lack of interest she was receiving. After reviewing her listing and the snapshots she was using of the house, it was clear the snapshots did not do her beautiful house justice. Suffice to say, she has had the new images I took for her on her listing for a week now and has noticed a substantial increase in interest. If potential buyers can fall in love with the images of your house over the internet, they will be that much more sold on your house when they see it in real life. The price of good solid pictures is cheap when compared to the return on investment. Not only will your house sell faster from strong images but you will be able to ask and receive more with good pictures.
